For your protection, sessions are run to meet specific outcomes agreed at the start of the session.  Should we fail to achieve or make significant progress to an agreed outcome - we will provide additional time or even a replacement session at our cost, to rectify this.

Clearly, objectives need to be realistic in the available time, though they may be broad or very specific.  Your coach will reflect back the desired outcome so you both have clarity.
